Paws for everything on the end of a forelimb.
A claw refers to the finger-like appendages
A talon means the nails.

I call them hands or paws since those seem to fit best with the dictionary definition. Claws are just the nails, and talons are the claws of a bird (especially a bird of prey). I don't really ever find myself using the word talon when referring to non-birds.

edit: i say hands or paws!
hands:
fae
nocturne
pearlcatcher
ridgeback
skydancer
spiral
wildclaw
paws:
bogsneak
coatl
guardian
imperial
mirror
snapper
tundra
just based on what they look like to me :> the more opposable the thumbs the more i tend to call them hands! (at least, this is for forefeet)

I've always been confused about this. So I saw paws for when talking about the entire hand like thing, and talons/claws when talking about the finger things. Jeez, i sound like a 3 year old.

ACTUALLY GUYS I think Pearlcatchers have thumbs on their hind feet
so that's weird
edit: Spirals too, I think. Uh, I don't look at them that often oops

It depends on the dragon. For Wildclaws, Pearlcatchers, Spirals, and Imperials, their foredigits act as both hands and feet, so it depends on what they are being used for. Skydancers and Tundras have paws by the way.

Depends on the dragon. For Wildclaws it's always hands, though others I interchange. Really, if I can easily see them being able to hold and use things like humans, I go with hands. If they're pretty solidly unable to use their front appendages like hands, I use claws or paws depending on the shape. If the dragon's front leg clearly has a thumb or something that could reasonably be used like a thumb, then they have hands.
Ex: Ridgebacks: Claws - I mean, just look at them. Yeah, they have thumb things but unless you seriously file that claw back, good luck.
Snappers: Paws - their nails aren't as weapon like as other species' like Ridgebacks or Mirrors.
