If they didn't want weird exalt names they should name the offspring before selling.

You shouldn't feel bad, if the seller wants a particular name or any name at all it is there responsibility to blah blah etc.
I rarely breed my dragons but once I do I consider them damaged goods anyhow, it doesn't matter what their offspring list looks like because I'll eventually exalt them.
Also, there is someone out there who sells all their hatchlings as BOOTYBOOTYBOOTY.
