The dragon wings are so weird. HOW DO YOU DRAW THEM OPEN AND FOLDED?

Make a model. Florist's wire with fabric glued to it. It'll save your life.

You have to sell your soul to satan for art skills in my experience
I mean, LOTS of practice.

This sounds like an excellent idea. I don't think I'll be able to manage it though since all of my dragons come out like [s]poop[/s]

Making a model really helps. Even simply drawing out the rough shape of the wings on a sheet of paper, cutting it out, and then folding it up is useful and cheap to do too.
Or you can look at the wings and skeletons of animals such as bats and birds and see how they work.

the best thing to think about when drawing webbed wings like a dragon or a bat is
it's a big mutant hand with webbing between it
it's jointed the same, has the same number of digits (not all FR breeds conform to this idea which can be a little confusing), and bends the same! if you put out your arms in a pose like what you want the wing to be doing and just make the fingers super long and creepy, that's a wing, just fill in the gaps and voila!
feathered wings are like
rounded trapezoid with rounded triangle that folds
explaining is not my strong suit apparently

not very good illustration but this is how i draw my lazy wings. If i feel like it i add more detail making them look more dragon-like but this is basically what i do.
