Igniteus seems to be the second chest drop for Sprangyroos. There were charcoal ones with it, but looks like you've got that sorted out already.

My husband also just got an Igniteus in the Arena, so that's probably the second Sprangyroo drop, yup.

I got a Construct chest from the Kelp Beds. There was a Maren Scout and a Mammertee in the enemy team, but since the Mammertee drops the Methane Chest that means mine came from the Scout. Right?
