Flask never got to announce his exile or speak to him one last time before he left. The killer might be gone, but his words left food for thought. Here is what happened behind each Kill: Orion’s death: Revenant used two rocks and rubbed them together to create sparks which he set an old tree on fire with. He then pushed the tree onto Orion’s den, and threw the two rocks at Orion’s head to ensure he died. Witness Clue: The two rocks the killer threw into the fire were used to ignite the tree in the first place, by rubbing them together to create heat. Ecarht’s death: Revenant used firecrackers and a smoke bomb he stole from Pogono to distract Ecarht’s senses. He then rushed at Ecahrt and attacked her with his own claws. Of course, this is how it should be. Aquaris enters the clan late, carrying what little luggage he does own. No familiar follows him loyally. It’s only the Pearlcatcher and the little shoulder bag around his neck. The first thing to notice is that he does not walk. He [i]struts[/i]. For one who attempts to seem unsuspicious, Aquaris does not succeed in remaining inconspicuous, as he wishes. No, he seems filled with pride, from the prongs of his crown down to his perfectly immaculate claws. He does not seem like one who has suffered from much hardship. He strides towards his den, sneaking furtive glances around. It is the morning, and dragons are only just waking up, thankfully. Aquaris shouldn’t get caught and held up in any conversation. Wisps of smoke float around him, a cushion for a shimmering pearl. Perhaps he’s found a curious way of transporting his pearl? It must be tiring, always holding his pearl. But no. Curled in his tail is a Pearlcatcher’s pearl, there can be no mistake. He has … two pearls. Quite the oddity. Of course, Aquaris would love to be asked about his pearl. He would enjoy preening and explaining how unique he is. He cannot seem like a Pearlcatcher who is any bit out of the ordinary. Most importantly, he cannot seem like the arcane Pearlcatcher who committed a murder not so long ago. He cannot seem like the small dragon carrying two pearls, the one who committed a murder some time before that. He cannot seem like any of the suspects for a string of unsolved cases. No, he will seem like an ordinary pearlcatcher. Perhaps a bit special, yes, and most certainly arrogant, but nothing other. He is only escaping from his past, to lay low. It would not do to attract suspicion. Aquaris is not here to kill, for once. He is here, in fact, to seem innocent. And he would do that best by blending in with an equally innocent clan.

As he began a graceful descent, the many petals strung about his wings fluttered down below, heralding his arrival. Angled perfectly in line with the rising sun, Arlund, much like the sun, chose to grace this clan with a glorious new dawn. Yes, he would bring this clan into a new day, and with it he would also bring new ideas, perspectives, and hope. As Arlund touched down upon the soft grassy clearing, he silently congratulated himself on such a stunning entrance. Before Arlund could look to check where his familiar was, Muse plummeted straight into the earth beside him. It seemed the wind magic gem had worn off... "Ah, it seems that your arrival is a perfect contrast to my own. Such complimentary qualities are proof that we are simply two halves of something greater!" Muse looked up at the pretentious guardian, with an expression that looked less than pleased. The force of her impact, left her buried almost halfway. "Oh, er, my apologies Muse." Arlund quickly plucked Muse from her crater. Before he could check if she was okay, a quite swift hooded dodo caught the prince's attention. It didn't seem to be paying any mind to what was ahead of it, and only stopped when it finally bumped into Muse. The serthis support wobbled a bit, frantically using her flagpole to balance herself. Arlund scooped up the dodo. "My, what an impressive specimen! Perhaps it was destined that you are the first being to greet me upon my arrival! Yes, I shall honor this encounter with a magnificent piece! Muse, are you writing this down? This is an utterly momentous occasion!" Muse rolled her eyes as she chiseled some notes into her stone flag. This was going to be a long vacation...
