Sorry about the text size! Basically, all you have to do is select one of the four teams (Furious, Wild, Primal, or Ruthless) and then you need to pick a dragon from your clan. Then, look at the available "jobs" for the dragon to do for the team and pick one that best suits them. Just post here on this thread with the dragon, team, and position, and I'll go put them in! There's an "entry fee" of 5kt/6g to help fund the prizes, which you can send via PM or CR. Hope this helps :D
