The beach, with the dark night and only the faint glows of fires some Dragons have lit, almost had a surreal look to it with the moon glowing brightly overhead with the shimmering stars. The [i]East Wind[/i] itself looked like something from a scene of a book with what was left of it beached, tilted on its side with Dragons checking it inside and out. You notice they seem to not take much notice of what looked like a ruined canvas tarp covering a section of the hull. Some of them have taken driftwood and using the flames from the main fire made makeshift torches to light the sandy beach. From what you could see, the storm tossed a lot of sea life and many other things on land. Washed up fish, fishing nests, and all sorts of debris cover the beach. Off to one side you can see a pile of fishing nets with driftwood, seaweed, and other such items tangled in its lines. Collected in a small ditch closer to the water, you can also see what looked like a pile of dirt-covered lab coats, dark rubber gloves and goggles reflecting in the moonlight. Another part was what looked like a group of really large tree branches that had washed up on shore, but you couldn't quite tell in the dark of the night. After glancing around, you decide to... Best case scenario, there would be other laboratory things in there of varying degrees of usefulness. Worst case scenario, they get some extra clothing and waste a couple minutes, so Howlite [b] A) goes to rifle through the pile of lab coats.

Sorath shook his head, clearly the crash left him disoriented as he should have been aiding the dragons searching the East Wind, not the beach. He fanned out his wings and took to a short flight over, stopping a few feet short of an obscured section of the boat, hidden with the ragged edges of a large canvas tarp. A. He waited though before proceeding further, if there was anything he understood from his travels it was investigations of the unknown should never be undertaken alone.

However, the chunk of ship looked so peaceful standing up next to the rolling waves, almost too peaceful. She shook her head, surely she had been listening to too many scary stories back home. She looked out at the ocean, the Ashfall Wastes was nowhere in sight. She wished her clanmates were with her, they would no what to do. She waded into the water towards the peaceful chunk of ship, hoping that she would find a pleasant surprise waiting for her, but preparing for demon creatures and unstable boards. [b]B.
