@Bequerel was gone, mostly for their own game, but when they happened to return the killings did too. They have claimed Gym Leader, but Giovanni was a gym leader and he wasn't the coolest dude (besides being Team Rocket).
@Leremis has been active more recently.
@TheNightDancer has slowly been falling out of activity like I have, but seemed to be more active.
@marchhare I havent seen anything from, but they and Beq have had the most valuable information.

Right now, I believe Bequerel may be who the familiar voice was. She's generally regarded as town and has contributed, but as others have brought up, gym leader doesn't always equal good. However, I'm not sure if I'm willing to lynch her right now, as we need all the discussion stirring we can get.
Other than the possibility of Beq, I've still got my eye on Rosetta. There's not much evidence against, but there's not been much discussion to use as of late. I've said it before, but the posts about Anika seem to be either fence-sitting or defending him, and he flipped mafia. While not as tell tale as the former, there's also the fact that one of Rosetta's Pokemon's (Houndoom) first stage (Houndour) is a rather common one for team grunts to have. We need to lynch, and our chances are rather good of getting a mafia due to the 4 mafia to 5 town+neutral.
There's a chance I'm wrong - and if I am, I apologize in advance - but I'm going to be voting for Rosetta, as I have no strong suspicions and we'll lose if we don't get a mafia.
