The clan's running low on them these days.
He set off in the direction of the forest in hopes of finding something useful.
After reaching his destination, he saw a huge patch of blackberries at the edge of a field.
I'll take a few of those!
He trotted over in delight and started to pick the sweet berries. Across the blackberries, another skydancer stood in the field.
Skyrus hid himself behind the blackberries. He found it hard to interact with other dragons. Peering through the branches, he watched the beautiful skydancer, finding it hard not to.
Usually, Skyrus kept his emotions to himself. His heart would always stay quiet and shy. This was why today was different. His heart seemed to be screaming at him and he was forced to let it out.
He stood up and emerged from the forest, holding a few blackberries in his talon.
He stepped up to her and said:

She wasn't often prone to flights of fancy (pun intended), but something about Acacia intrigued her. He seemed rugged - the strong, silent type. Perhaps that was not his personality at all, but that was how he struck her and she liked that. She had always watched Acacia from a distance before. Today she had something different in mind. For a few days she had thought she might impress him with her magic, but had finally discarded the idea. Runic magic could be powerful, but it wasn't very romantic. Not that her new idea was that romantic either, but beggars can't be choosers. In the end she felt it the most suitable for catching his attention in return. Adony had been hard at work all day collecting twigs, leaves, and mud. All her work accumulated into one final creation. A miniature wooden dragon. Completely unabashed, she flew down to present Acacia with the gift. "Something from me to you. A little gift in thanks for letting me watch you." She gave a little laugh before taking flight once more.

Dancing Hallows padded through the grass, her eyes on her claws. She loved watching them at night, especially against dark surfaces. The runes on her scales danced with beautiful light, the flames on her dress accompanying them. Hallows let out a muffled 'oof' when she ran into something—or someone. Standing before her was a stunning Skydancer, her raspberry wings glowing softly with constellations. Dancing Hallows gasped softly as she looked up, taking a few steps back. "I apologize," she said quietly, then took longer to look at the other; she was beautiful. "It's . . . not a problem," the blue Skydancer replied, although she sounded unsure. "I'm Dancing Hallows," she blurted, and then scolded herself for being like this. "My name is Quamoclit," the other responded, tilting her head. Dancing Hallows couldn't stop herself from talking, it seemed; "You're very beautiful—I mean, your eyes are beautiful—I-I mean, the sky is beautiful tonight! So many stars." Quamoclit giggled, her tail swishing idly to the side. Her gradient dress stirred a little from the breeze. "I'm sorry," Hallows apologized again. "I'll be going now." "Alright . . . maybe I'll see you again sometime," Quamoclit answered, and then took to the air, the soft glow of her wings fading into the night sky. Dancing Hallows watched after her until she was gone, mentally berating herself for being so stupid, before realizing what Quamoclit had said. ". . . See you again," she whispered with a smile, and then continued her walk in the dark field.

A particularly nasty storm. Not that said nasty storms were unnatural in a place like the Shifting Expanse, it was just... He'd not sensed this storm before it hit as he usually would. Therefore it unnerved him a great deal. Huddling back further in the cave he was taking shelter in, the Pearlcatcher stared up at the twisting skies outside with wary golden eyes. Adjusting his wings and tilting his ears back against his head, Heerser tried to rest. That steadily growing unnerved feeling kept him far from rest though. So he lay on the gritty stone with his eyes wide open. Keeping a hawk's eye stare at the entrance of the cave he was in. Suspecting a dragon to walk through it at any time. Seeing how his Vision usually worked, when something happened that he did not see beforehand, it meant that he'd meet someone important soon after. Despite the tension radiating through his body, paired with the unease of waiting, Heerser had almost fallen asleep. That was, until the sound of claws against the stone floor snapped him out of the shallow clutch of rest. Eyed darting to the newcomer, the Pearlcatcher barely suppressed a startled gasp. Such an intriguing dragon, cloaked in furs with his face hidden. Certainly this stranger was the one he had been meant to meet. Surely? When he moved to stand, Heerser almost had to hold back the instinct to freeze like a prey animal when the sharp green gaze of the Wildclaw shot to him. Seemingly staring through him. It was a piercing feeling, and had Heerser holding his breath unconsciously. Shaking from his mild stupor, he spoke up quietly. Giving what he hoped could be considered a friendly smile. "I mean you no harm, traveler. I simply am resting here. Here, here, I shall tell my name so you have less to fear. I am Heerser." Tilting his head to the side and sitting the rest of the way up, he tried to look regal in front of this mysterious Wildclaw. "What is your name if I can ask? You're simply a very interesting figure..." Scooting a little bit closer and perking his ears forward slightly, Heerser blinked owlishly. "My Vision didn't predict you arriving, so you naturally... Interest me a great deal."

So whenever she hit the slightest snag in decoding the spells her clanmates bought her...well, it was an excuse to return to the great libraries and archives of her homeland. The Ridgeback had emerged from the great, spiraling building with a bag full of old tomes and paused for a rest along the crystalline bank of where the Arcanist’s domain created the northwestern border of Sornieth. What began as a rest had very quickly turned into dozing, with the rhythmic churning of water on stone lulling the Ridgeback into a peaceful slumber. She was roused, however, by the quiet clicking of claws over the opalescent stone. The Ridgeback opened an eye curiously, watching the newcomer without moving so much as a muscle. A lithe, ruby-colored Skydancer was dragging a sturgeon that was easily her size, the flared tail gripped tight in her jaws and her sleek pelt soaked through with seawater and what appeared to be blood. She somehow stood tall—proud, even—despite her awkward steps around the massive fish. Intrigued, Cortese rolled onto her stomach and propped herself up on her elbows, her massive wings glaring out behind her. As she moved, the strange Skydancer halted, fixing the Ridgeback with a resolute glare, half-concealed by a warrior’s mask. Cortese offered her an incredulous smile, nodding down at her catch. “Don’t see too many Skydancer fishers,” she noted, cocking her head to the side. The Skydancer rolled her eyes, shaking her head as she spat the fishtail onto the ground. “Coliseum,” she corrected brusquely. “Gotta feed the clan somehow. Now, if you would stop sizing me up like a piece of meat, that’d be wonderful.” Cortese drew back, her eyes widening a bit in embarrassment. “I, ah...was. Only looking because I’m. Not entirely sure I could lug a thing like that all the way from the Pools and I’m...well.” She gestured to her massive body, sprawled out over the cool crystal. “I only offer my compliments.” “Well.” The stranger picked the sturgeon back up, continuing her trek over the stone without returning her gaze to Cortese. “You’re welcome for the show, stranger. But compliments don’t do me much good, aye?” The Ridgeback stared after her as she prowled away, unsure of what to say. The Skydancer’s striking beauty certainly wasn’t doing her brain any favors—it was difficult to think of the right thing to say when she was transfixed on how perfectly sharp and elegant that dragon’s face and words and...everything was. “I don’t mean to be presumptuous, not in the slightest!” Cortese called without a second thought. “But would you like some help? "Surprisingly, I have not," The male replied, "Why are you looking for them?" "They're my friends, and we usually stick together at parties," Sona added. The wildclaw offered a claw to her and suggested, "Would you like me to help you?" Sona looked down then back to looking him in the eyes, "I would appreciate that, thank you," "It's nothing! I would also would like to get to know some one as wonderful looking as you," The wildclaw purred out. Sona blushed and sighed, "For one, my name is Sona," The male gasped, "Oh my stars! What a outstanding name! My name is Vivaldi," Sona's blushed burned even more then she added, "You have a....cool name as well," -- @ohwhatthehecc Just a small reminder about the claim! :) --
