sorry to surprise you both with a ping not from OP, but they actually contacted me on toyhouse last night explaining that they can't access their FR account at the moment -- not sure if i should go into the details for their sake, but they said they've been trying to figure it out with the support team! it might take up to several weeks to have the issue sorted out, but they were still willing to take my commission after then.
hope it's not weird of me to let you guys know! :')
