Since he’s the youngest, the fae is seen as the baby of the family and is fiercely protected by his older brothers and sisters. However, Veriko is honestly tired of being shielded by his siblings from every bad thing he comes across, which is why he had chosen to leave his old home behind and come to explore your clan. Now, that the fae is free (mostly) of his family’s smothering over-protectiveness, the little dragon has set his heart of learning everything there is to know about the Shade. He is often seen rummaging your clan library for books about the all-consuming void. On rare occasions, the tiny dragon will sometimes leave the clan and venture to places that have been rumored to have been attacked by shade-possessed creatures. Fortunately though, the fae always returns to your clan in one piece with notebooks full of things he’s witnessed in such places. Everyone thinks Veriko’s rather unnerving fascination with the Shade comes from the fact Veriko was actually named after a piece of the devouring void. Although, Veriko has a secret. His father isn’t the only member of his family with the Shade embedded within him. Veriko’s eldest sister was born with the Shade inside her and the fae fears that he too might have the chaotic essence of the Shade flowing through his veins. That is why he is learning everything he can about the Shade so that if his destructive powers reveal themselves he will know how to control them...hopefully.
