I'm Fly. One of my favorite things to do on Flight Rising is work on breeding projects, and even though I've been around for awhile, I'm far from skilled and tend to impulse-buy a lot of my breeding pairs. While I [i]am[/i] making a lot of progress, I do often produce a lot of dragons that are pretty yet aren't quite headed in the direction I'm aiming for. I thought it might be wise to finally set up a thread for the exchange of my "blooper" offspring for fodder dragons! As much as I love the looks of many of the dragons that come out of my nests, I want to be clear that the dragons you trade for here are free for your use [b]however you see fit![/b] Feel free to treat this as a "fodder for fodder" trade if you like, but I'll always be happy to see someone able to snap up a dragon they really like but just don't have the spare treasure or gems to spend. As an aside, I'll only ask for a 1-to-1 dragon exchange here. Without further ado, I'd like to introduce you to a few of the projects these dragons come from! I just am having a tough time finding dragons with this unique set of colors. I've only got two pairs of Gen 0 for what I hope to be a very, very lorge project.[/color] [center][url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/57414391][img]https://www1.flightrising.com/rendern/350/574144/57414391_350.png[/img][/url][/center] [color=#90a39b]Hatchlings from this project tend to hover near XXY, with the primary and secondary sitting somewhere in the cyan to mint range with a tertiary of deep purple tones such as eggplant or grape. I'm aiming for the same gene set Zyr currently possesses - fade/flair/opal - but there's also the possibility of producing Glimmer tertiary and a few other very rare genes (that are far less likely). My goal is to breed spirals but there will be several obelisks that come out of this project also. For some reason, I've had a handful of metallic, reddish spirals with various colors of Bee secondary and Rune tertiary in my lair since my early days of Flight Rising. After breeding them several times over, I developed an affection for the aesthetic of it and decided to put some thought into it and create some cool, shiny noodles! My current driving force in this grand experiment is Vici, the noodle of pure attitoodle.[/color] [center][url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/64862358][img]https://www1.flightrising.com/rendern/350/648624/64862358_350.png[/img][/url][/center] [color=#733d4a]Hatchlings from this project also tend to hover near XXY, but are VERY varied since I don't quite have an established breeding pair that works super well. Dragons in this project are gonna be a bit of a grab bag of color combos but I tend to produce a lot of Wine primary. They're also exclusively metallic primary. The goal is to keep them Metallic/Bee/Runes but I sometimes get Alloy secondary with one pair and Spines tertiary with another. I [i]usually[/i] have spirals available from this project, and I'm always pooping out more, trying to get lucky with an XYY that looks right.
