I converted and gene'd this guy when Sandsurges came out because I love them so much!! He's my only one so far, but I love him lots! He's my main lair's engineer and the adoptive kid of my Aberration pair! Mist's my favorite color and I love the Midnight/Mist/Mist look with these genes so much

I have these two, Xandrite and Quamarine, as a breeding pair! They're both XXY Abyss, but with tertiary colors on opposite ends of the color wheel so that their offspring have the widest variety of augment colors possible! (In this case, Garnet to Cyan so blue-green-yellow-orange-brown-red range).

He's [i]definitely[/i] a sandsurge, yup yup.
As you can see, he is a heavily-augmented [b]pygmy[/b] Sandsurge exhibiting the Crest gene. Some of those augmentation procedures did not go smoothly, and you may notice he has applied bandage and spare cloth scraps to damaged areas.
He mixes ice and lightning magic in his constructs, and has crafted a number of flight-capable automata which can usually be seen hovering nearby above him that help maintain his mechanical parts. A intricate ice lattice holds his damaged wing-fin membrane steady, and stops it from tearing any farther.
He's had a rough past. Even had one of his horns broken, so give him a little love. It'd brighten his day a little. :D
