My most recent impulse buy quickly became my avatar, got her outfit in like 20 minutes of getting anything even remotely in the same colour palette. Impulse buys, you say? All right, here's my story. I was browsing around the AH yesterday, and I saw an Imperial hatchling that really caught my eye. No, that hatchling was not my impulse buy; I delayed too long and missed out. Well, that's life on Sornieth, you win some, you lose some. So, I did what I always do: set out to find a replacement, and I did. But there's a catch. But the minute I saw him, I knew he was the one, and that was that. It was destiny! (that's what I keep telling myself, anyway, hehe....)

Whever I am boring I go to the AH and look at 5g / 5kT dragons, aka browse the first few AH pages and sometimes I buy a dragon. Or 5. And after 3 months, I sell/adopt out at least 4 of them again. Most of my impulse buys that are not "I need to gene this up right now" are not staying... :/ But why are so many dragons really good?! I agree the Undertide boy looks good, but so does the WC scry you made. Your abbie girl is adorable too and wears that skin well.

Impulse buying plus scrying is so much fun, except for your lair, den, and vault. XD

What a pretty boy! I like the contrast between light and dark on dragons, which is probably why I like XYY dragons so much. lol

She is adorable, but he is just eyecatching. I love how his eyes match his tert too, and I don't usually look at the eyes.

I understand! I still find myself immediately scrying new dragons to see if I should change something. lol

I had to put myself on a strict no regening time out for a while. It helped a little, for a while. *shrugs

They are all so cool, but I agree the Abbie is just awesome!

Reselling and adopting out are good alternatives I think. Plus getting ones you love and keep for years or forever makes the temporary stays worthwhile, to me at least.

I admit I had to go play with Eliosik in the scrying workshop. I have no room or need, but he's so pretty! ;)

OOF where do I even begin... I think at least 90% of my entire lair was bought within like 3 seconds of seeing the dragon. I would say I'm usually a very well-thought-out person, but whoo boy. This game takes my willpower, crushes it to dust, and hands me some pretty dragon listings that I don't think twice about... First is my poster boy for impulse buys. Bought the accent in like 5 seconds before realizing I didn't even have a dragon to put it on. The dragon themself was extremely impulsive too, a massive investment for maybe 20 minutes of planning total? (being [i]very[/i] generous). I've never spent 5000g+ so fast and hope I don't ever again. All because I bought a skin in literally 5 seconds without registering that I couldn't do anything with it. I simply had a cool idea and didn't think twice until they were already done. They have also ruined me because now I see [i]any[/i] potentially pretty g1 and click without thinking. They're lucky I love them >:( This one doesn't have as much of a story as Song, I found them ungened and cheap and barely registered I even bought them. Your gems and treasure will suffer but your soul will be whole. I've definitely lost some gorgeous dragons that I've regretted impulse selling but you win some and you lose some :') All part of the impulsiveness.
