I must also include in Observatory, not an Arcane dragon but I think it fits the current flight event well! :) This dragon is based off the Astral Observatory in Majora's Mask, very dreamy setting which still haunts us to this day.

She doesn't know if she'll survive her affliction, it slowly eats away her magic and corrupts her, but she tried her best to heal it. Calla, named on her wings’ likeness to the Calla lily from Genshin Impact. Summoned from a different world, this little sentient flower dabbles in the Arcane arts for a way home, to perhaps reverse summon herself home. It has been largely unsuccessful, but she’s working on it.

And then Monal, named for his rainbow coloring customary to the Himalayan Monal. He’s a funky little man with a penchant for trying to sell weird and wonderful things, to those who will not have the mind to question his questionable wares. Who’s to say if Monal is haunted, or possessed, with the shadows on the ceiling seeming to move on their own.

She was once a Mirror, but has used her massive amounts of arcane magic to become the wondrous Skydancer you see now. She has even used her magic to help others achieve this same beauty! If you can call it help... She not only twists the appearance of those she makes beautiful, but also their minds.

It is said that her mere voice can corrupt and control anyone who hears it, which is a curse she gained when she was younger. She is not as manipulative as she seems... most of the time.
