I had my permit for I think over a year before I tried for my drivers test so it was a breeze for me. Stay at speed limit (I hate driving slower than everyone around me, but just IGNORE that pressure), use your blinkers like crazy (when appropriate ofc), keep a good distance behind the cars in front of you so that you have some reaction time, and have fun (:
