Biography
CAJITARE
kah jhi taer ae
charge- soki statue
You follow a young wildclaw up the steps into the Royal Library. You, a common folk, weren't supposed to be in the Royal District, let alone the library. You couldn't tell if your "guide" was either, he seemed very worn and ragged to be a royal. He had approached you while you were mending some gloves for a client. He had spoken of a better place with equality for all. You generally tried to avoid these people, as most were scammers, but this one happened to convince you.
The wildclaw leads you up to the front desk and whispers a phrase in a language you'd never heard to the librarian, a golden guardian covered in fine cloth and ribbons. She nods at the wildclaw and leads you behind the desk and moves a rug aside to reveal a trapdoor. The wildclaw opens the door and ushers you in.
You find yourself in a very clean, polished room, not what you'd expect from a basement. Ancient texts fill bookshelves along the walls. They are all covered with cracked leather and gilded with fading gold. At the head of the room sits an alter with an ivory statue of a beautiful feathered Skydancer behind it. The walls are covered in some ancient form of writing, perhaps the same language the wildclaw was speaking. The floor is covered with plush mats to lay upon, some of which have already been taken by a few whispering dragons. The door above you opens and the librarian climbs down with such grace that you can tell she's climbed the ladder hundreds of times by now. She strides up to the alter and addresses the small crowd.

"Welcome to Conquisitor Autem Scientiam"
Cajitare is the leader of a cult named Conquisitor Autem Scientiam, which worships the deity Soki. Soki is portrayed as a white and peach skydancer with light blue feathers. In both the cult and the rest of the kingdom, Soki is seen as the goddess of wisdom and purity. She is worshiped by nearly everyone in the kingdom as a normal god, but Conquisitor Autem Scientiam wishes to summon her. They believe that dragons with no parents (gen 1s) are each a part of Soki. Five of these parentless dragons must be sacrificed in order to summon Soki. Though Cajitare is one of these dragons, she won’t be sacrificed, as she is the vector in which Soki will manifest herself in. |
