FallWhite it's a vague to allow for exploration of how the power could work. But in my personal canon these dragons can talon write on anything to alter or add magic or just leave a message. Example Gazelady could write on a wall "Hi!" And only other Runes Sages could see it, or she could write "consume to sleep" on a cookie, eat the cookie, and fall asleep. In my personal canon how Runes Sages affect living things is a little bit DnD will save a lot what is the lore purpose here.

I just really enjoy the idea of her essentially being a magical architect. [columns]Nullus is next. He is a [i]God Touched[/i] Arcane Sage, though it's not the Arcanist that granted him his mark, or even the Plaguebringer for all that he was once a Wraith. He was born with stripes of black and white, and the Seekers that found him and brought him to the Runed Isles assumed it was a sign of the Icewarden. So he was left with a devout Priestess of the Icewarden, Sybella, and her wife to figure out his gift. I'm still toying with their over all lore, but I think I want their gift from the Plaguebringer to be the ability to sense Her Blessing in others. Essentially meaning they can detect a Necromancer or Variant with unnerving accuracy. Though I'm also indecisive about if I want it to be via a sense such as smell (to potentially lean into their Wind Origin) or if I want it to be a supernatural sixth-sense.[/columns]

Netrix I want to do a base building resource management game for the Saga City Districts and the different Runed Islands, as well as actually getting Schools going on the site so people can use those to group up and do the game together too. It's all pending some rewrites for genes (particularly Ringlets) and me figuring out how to build maps that functions how I want.

Wyldangel I know World Anvil has a map function that allows you to add points of interest that can lead to related pages. Essentially as if the FR World Map's points of interest linked to an Encyclopedia page about the places (which I wish it did so badly lol).
It's not always the most user friendly (at least according to a friend that does use that function) but it may be helpful?
