My spookiest dragon by far is Escape, who I haven’t written down lore for her yet but is a necromancer and former cult member who is very much done with the clan’s shenanigans but stays for her wife. Not very spooky lore, but very creepy looking.

Hazel maybe? Her lore might be a bit creepier than her appearance, but that mask is pretty good too.
