The deal is always the following: 1/25th of your soul in exchange for a small scale favor. There's nothing to fear. Jim always takes good care of his soul fragments. Sometimes he tries to stick them together like a little puzzle or juggle them, but usually he hoards them in the void. On rare occasions, Jim will accept an entire soul, for which he will always pay a fair price. Jim also comes as a two in one package deal with Alphaketogluterate Demon Lord, Steve, who is essentially Jim's second face. No, Jim does not have a tail - that's just Steve.

Jim and Steve enjoy hobbies including collecting/hoarding souls, choir singing (they have great duet capabilities), sleeping, bribing others into selling their souls, bending into odd shapes, and drinking tea with their proboscises. They command an insect army. Remember, you're never more than 7 feet from a spider, which means that you're really never more than 7 feet away from Jim and Steve.
