I see you also got a copy of Mechanized/Mechanized Black :D I still gotta find a bane for my copy, rip.
...Your lair is also Hella Aesthetic, 11/10. Do any of yours have full bios beyond Drage and some of the W336 ones? I desire More.
So, for my lair - the majority of my lair is actually robot fandragons. Most of those aren't robots in their fr lore, but there's still a crap ton of robots/cyborgs lmao
All of them have lots of lore, at least 3 or 4 paragraphs and usually much more than that :D

Cog and Jarvis are my most prominent two - their lore has them as former worker bots for Stark Industries (yes, that Stark Industries). Long story short, there was a robot rebellion led by Cog and the Stark robots that survived scattered to the winds, with the Starks and their empire wiped out in the end.
They have four kids - all of them have some degree of lore. Otto and Ultron are the most coherent rn if you feel like reading on :D

Because Tony Stark is my next fave MCU chara after Jarvis I ended up not actually killing him off lol. At this point in the timeline he is currently fresh out of the Ten Rings' captivity, much worse off than he was in canon. He's basically General Grievous level of cyborg now; thankfully he's got Butterfingers and another copy of Jarvis to help him out.
(There is extensive prose in his bio, warning for major injury implications but nothing graphic.)

Kris here is linked to this plot group as well, though he's not aware of most of it; he was a Stark creation as well, though more of the semi-organic/magic powered type than the metal plates and electricity type. He escaped years before the rebellion and wound up as a semi-mythological inspirational figure in their secret culture. He would be very unimpressed by this if he were to find out lmao
(CW for unhealthy relationship in his lore. Not severe, but yeah. Just in case.)

Not Stark robots - however Talos, the PC, is their ancestor. Talos was the first of the robots with enough complexity to be called sapient; Milton isn't quite, though he was instrumental in getting Talos to that point. Lore's all in Milton's bio; I haven't quite written Talos' out yet rip.

NIR, who is not one of Talos' descendants and not a Stark robot either. It's a mapping droid who lost connection with its home base and was thought destroyed by its controllers; by the time it made it back they'd written it off as a loss. NIR isn't quite sapient, but thanks to its time in the wilds it's gained a strong survival instinct and some weird quirks.

An as yet unnamed chara who I feel like you might like actually? Some prose in her bio, but the gist of it is that she's a cyborg Courier hybrid from the (
far) future who accidentally got dumped in the past.

Lastly we have Reese, who isn't draconic in the slightest :D They are a Second Age construct designed to maintain the magical reactors of the era - when the one that made the Arcanist underwent meltdown it wound up killing off almost all of the Builders. Reese is the last Builder still working on keeping the reactor buried deep under the Sunbeam Ruins from going critical. They need
so many naps.
...There are a bunch of others but these guys have the most prose/lore in their bios so I will stop here :D I just really love robots, man.
