I'd go 2! The orange just seems a bit bright, and takes away the focus from Thanatos himself.

i like 2 more, he needs some apparel of his own colour to keep the outfit blended nicely with him so the will o the wisp and eerie cyan pieces works better!

For "I Know That Reference", all dragons (minus Level 25s & Fodders) are fandergs within my lair :)

outfit 2, i think. eerie and will o' wisp are the same shade of blue and they harmonize well. 4 is very nice, but i don't think will o' ember is the right pick for this! it's too different a shade of orange. i actually think using will o' wisp on outfit 4 would be good also.
