Kyoma and Akuma are a particularly peculiar pair. They belong among the Cursefallen, yet chose not to make the Voidwell's surroundings their home. That Shade-touched spot, which feeds on magical emanations and ever hungers, would have diminished the effect of their curses; knowledge every Cursefallen in the clan knows, and clings to.
These dragons, however, appear to have found their curses' counterspell in the other's presence. Like clutch-brothers they now hunt, scavenge, and forage together, showing no sign of violent, bloodthirsty fits or any strong inclination towards bad luck.
They have picked the southern frostlands as their dwelling, but may soon wander off somewhere warmer and darker to heed the call of the coming Nocturnes.
Another wanderer in the clan is, exasperatingly enough, the very leader. Predator may leave one day, and not be seen again by any of his followers for weeks or even months. He no longer keeps any belongings in the lair, but no one can tell where he's taken them, or if they are still in his possession at all.
Just as suddenly as he leaves, the sentries may be calling about his return at any time, and the unreliable mirror may make another apparition until, by some unheard command, he disappears once again.
Surprisingly enough, the dragons in the lair don't mind having an absent leader most of the time. The only decisions they take as a group can easily be managed by Huntress or Secret, and they usually include the rare gem marketplace visit someone might wish to do, employing the vault's gem reserve, or discussions about whether or not to trust some visitor from another clan or beasthome. Even then, agreement is reached swiftly and quietly.
Given the bond between the dragons of the clan is mostly based on need, as it is among the only residences close to the Voidwell, they don't usually care about their relationship as a group, and therefore have little say in most matters concerning the clan as a whole.
