oh!! I’ve been listening to that song nonstop lately. it’s a banger. anyways, uh, I’d have to say 8.5/10? it looks pretty accurate, honestly, but it just feels like something’s missing to me. dunno what. might be the bright blue of the flail that guy gets in the video. I love the effect runes has on the dragon, though.

I can't say I'm familiar with this character, but I think you did a lovely job! From what I can see this looks like a tough character, so ridgeback seems like a good fit! You have the white primary to match the skintone, and I think that bringing another color from the character into the wings was a nice choice that brings some more interest into the dragon. The outfit looks nice! You've got that wrapped in black fabric head to toe thing down solidly! The bandana is nice, it isn't fully black like the character's, but the character also has red in their color scheme to I think it ends up working out! The googles and the face wrap are both very good matches, and the cloak brings some rough texture which is nice. I don't see a weapon in the image you provided, It looks nice and feels like the character, and they seem like they probably do have a weapon at some points!
The only critique I could offer would be that the shades of black don't all match, but It doesn't detract at all from the dragon in my opinion, and thats not yout fault, its just how flight rising it! 9.9 out of 10 :]

There's a LOT of effort here and she's absolutely recognizable i LOVE her so much what da haell, the colors are on point and it looks like you color picked your dragon and apparel with hex code, its very accurate, and the HEAD LAYERING OH MY GOD its the best part of this dragon imo
its not a 10 because unfortunately obelisks do clutter very very and i mean VERY fast and unfortunately her outfit requires a LOT of layering to work.
Sigh, one day, maybe, new apparel that makes us NOT layer this type of outfit and use every apparel slot, mayhaps one day, i can only pray

I love how you used the Proto Wings and the Feathery Fallout to represent her multiple wings.
Most of my dragons use, like. Aviator Coats and armor apparel, so I'm not extremely familiar with everything else, but I'd say that Scarlet set + Psion Overcoat is pretty much the closest you can get to her outfit.
I love how the Starsilk Scarf looks on her and the fact that her Sanguine primary helps it look the shade of color it should without using an extra apparel slot, very smart.
If I were to add something to this fandragon, I would add the boots on the fan sprite. But honestly I feel like they might clutter too much for something so small, so it's not a necessary change.
10/10! Very nice.
