I absolutely love your bill cypher fandrag! His outfit might be a tad bit busy with everything he has going on, but it works so well with who it's based off of. Definitely a 10/10 you really captured his spirit perfectly.

He's a very pretty dragon; I love those colors. They also match the pathway on the bottom part.
However, I feel like you should add some more pops of other colors here and there match the colorful hexagons. I'm not sure what the best way to do that without making him too busy would be, so I'd suggest going into the Dressing Room and trying out different accessories that match the colors on the hexagons. As a rule, I would stick to smaller accessories, because you don't want to cover up too much of that lovely accent or make any additional colors dominate.

10/10 Very cool Hanzo. His apparel is spot on- I especially like the wing ribbons, and of course the bow. Great colors, too!

8.5/10 Great fandragon. Good colors and apparel. I docked points mostly for the secondary-the picture you included makes me think that a brighter yellow would be more appropriate. Also, dark greaves/boots instead of the gold and and a set of pearl roundhorns might make him look the tiniest bot more like the image.
My fandragons are mostly minimal when it comes to apparel (mostly because there is little that works for them). As such, I lean heavily on genes and colors for the looks I want. That being said, what do you think of Ms. America Chavez here?
