They are ruled by High Queen Aislinn and her consort Arcano, with the High Prince Salford to be the next ruler.
The Moonlit Waves are quite friendly to other flights, although Aislinn does hold a bit of a grudge towards members of the Nature flight. The clan is very welcoming to non-Water members. An alliance with this clan would mainly include celebrations. If you're a merchant clan, then you would most likely be the main source of our food, apparel, trinkets, materials etc. which the clan would most certainly pay you for.

@Airys Hmm, maybe they met when my clan first started their migration? And now they keep in touch via my Arcane Ambassador and my traveling dragons (two cartographers, a historian and a merchant). Most of the clan's too afraid to go back to the Isles, though.
