You probably said all of them except the first tundra. ad either the last tundra, the golden skydancer, or the wildclaw probably looked the most botlike. This post will provide a few ways to give your dragons that mechanichal astetic you are looking for.
1. Erect posture: Some dragons have a posture or body porpotions that make them look more mechanichal more often. Examples of this are shown below:

Theese erect poses can be used to make a dragon look more mechanichal when compared to less uniform poses such as that of bogsneaks or mirrors
2: Seperated torso. Seperating the torso of a dragon using aparel or skins can often completely oust other impressions about the dragon. Whether seperating it with a skin or aparel, it will often make the dragon look like it has "joints" adding to the mechanichal astetic. The rogue vests are exceptional at this.

3. Genes: What genes you choose for the dragon can also affect how it looks and what it wants. Some ideal genes for this are Circut, Filigree, Metallic, Wasp, Facet Alloy, iridescent, shimmer, contour, and basic teritary.

4. Skins: Many skins are often meant to make dragons very, if not completely different

5. Aparel: Apparell can be used, more than anything else, to make a dragon look like a bot more than almost anything else on this list.

I never thought about the poses! The profile view definitely makes them seem more stiff or rigid
