Wraith is my custom progenitor, and I got super lucky with his tert- Forest looks fantastic on Opal! He started out as a Fae, but I loved how he looked as a Ridgeback, so that was the first gene change of his I did. He originally had Spinner before Bee came out, but considering how head-over-heels I am for the Bee gene, I had to give it to him.
In my clan lore, he's the founder of his clan along with his mate- they lived a quiet life, until their first clutch of eggs was destroyed in a storm. Said storm also brought along a rogue Imperial, whom they took in as their own; not knowing this would lead to the start of their clan becoming a central hub for a band of sky pirates. Wraith took this all in stride, joining in and finding a new mate in a fellow Ridgeback named Aello.[/columns]

I used one scatterscroll on her to see what I would get, and I got an amazing color combination that I absolutely love. I spent a lot of time working on her gene plan and outfit, but it was worth it in the end. She's gorgeous and I adore her.
She kind of serves as the clan's sorceress, tainted by shadows and dabbling in alchemy and sorcery. She's responsible for most of the gene changes throughout the clan, and was estranged from her mate when he disagreed with her practices and left her. Lantana & Heliotrope were once mates and enthusiastic to go out into the world and start a clan of their own. They had one clutch of eggs, all of whom left for other flights and made a few friends. They created a tiny clan called "The Windmarrow Clan". As the clan grew larger, Heliotrope started attempting to organize into an actual functioning clan instead of a ragtag group of dragons living in close proximity. Lantana began drawing away, disliking the responsibilities Heliotrope was trying to get her to take on.
Lantana ran away one day, leaving Heliotrope on his own to manage the clan. She eventually came back to the clan, months later. She had taken to traveling Sornieth as a musician. The clan welcomed her back, but her abandonment of Heliotrope ruined their relationship. He doesn't like talking to her anymore and Lantana is more often away traveling than she is visiting the clan.
Lantana loves nothing more than flying freely around the world, meeting new dragons, playing her songs, learning new ones, and discovering what the world has to offer. She feels some guilt over abandoning the clan she helped found, but it really wasn't the life for her and she's come to peace with that.

He attempted to start a council to make decisions, but it fell apart and is now a bi-weekly meetup to chat, complain, have existential crises (if you're Heliotrope) and comfort those having existential crises (everyone who isn't Heliotrope). Heliotrope also does most of the paperwork. The clan doesn't have a leader, but Heliotrope does manage the clan not quite behind-the-scenes.
Heliotrope, outside of being constantly stressed, enjoys tea. He one day wishes to open up a tea shop with his fellow tea-lover, Hamadrys.

My progen, started from a female tundra to this. When I joined I had no idea what a tertiary was so I left it as blue, wasn't the most fun to work with but I feel spines gives her a little splash of color without being too overpowering. I'm not completely sure whether or not I'm happy with her apparel yet, so far it's holding up to my standards, but we'll see. For now, she's a goodun'
