I love that opal steel has purple in it, because it works with spring skink nicely. I struggled a bit figuring out what to do with such an odd tertiary.

This is my progen, Karli. She had wanted to be a clan leader for as long as she could remember and was gifted with the land for her lair/clan by her own clan leader with the stipulation that she take one of her old clan leader's grandsons as her mate (as a way for them to stay partially in control of her clan.) Karli agreed but in the end all he really wanted was to be in the service of the Tidelord so Karli let him go. This has led to there being the position of her mate and patriarch of the clan open. She took other mates, normally single dragons in the clan, to have babies for the clan but she didn't feel connected to them. She managed to have one baby with one of her advisers in the clan (with the permission of his mate) who is being trained to take over when Karli decides to retire. Her daughter, Arwen, chose a mate, a new dragon to the clan who she grew up with. This led to some dissent in the clan as she didn't pick from any of the nests of dragons that had been in the clan (second or third gen babies). That also brought up complaints that Karli hadn't picked a mate either from any of the dragons. Karli, with the advice of her advisers, decided to choose her mate from the babies in a nest of one of her clan members, her daughter's half brother. It has yet to be determined if this will quell the dissent or not.

This is my progenitor dragon, his name is Lazarus, he's an electric dragon(obviously), he's the clan's leader. His origins are unclear, he simpy appeared one day, looking around other electric clans, looking for dragons that wanted to go with him into a suicide attack against the beast clans, miracolously, he and a few more survived, but, unfortunately, the female mirror he choose as his mate did not return, he knew she wanted to form a clan of her own, that's why he decided to form a clan, on his mate's memory. After a time, he found a new mate, but, he knew no other dragon could replace Lizy.
