This is Valefar, my Carnival candy vendor. Her colour and gene combo are reminiscent of neapolitan ice cream, the pink wooly tail resembles cotton candy, and the Starseer armband resembles rock candy. Also, the silks and ribbons she is wearing look like colourful candy wrappers.
