There was controversy for a long time where many dragons wanted to throw him out.

Howl is the oldest and most powerful wizard of the clan. Over the years he collected way too many magical items and accessories [s]as you can see[/s]. He's blind and nobody has ever heard him speak yet. His prophecies appear in mystic runes around him. More of a teasing and fun way. Her den is altered using magic to be warm and look like the middle of a forest - she prefers it to the cold of the Southern Icefields. She heals the warriors of the clan whenever they return from battle, and is ready to defend her clan if she needs to. [url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=26286166] [img]http://flightrising.com/rendern/350/262862/26286166_350.png[/img] [/url] Yuna is Sundari's apprentice simply due to her magical abilities, but she doesn't quite have the attitude Sundari hoped for. Rather than being fun-loving and slightly wicked in the best way possible, Yuna is... shy, quiet, afraid of hurting other dragons, and generally not the best dragon to have powerful dark magic within her. She wants to learn from Aria about healing, but her magic just leans more towards the dark side.

These were passed down to her children as well, though since they ARE Water dragons, their usefulness varies. Later generations also see the fins pop up as a recessive trait. Though Noelani has done important magical works for the clan, this is what she's most known for, and she's come to take pride in it. And boy does she know it. She's most gifted with transformation magic, and isn't shy about using it on those who vex her... or even just those who were in the wrong place at the wrong time. (Just ask her brother, who started life as a Fae and is now half Mirror, half Maren.) He inherited both his father's considerably gift and his mother's gift for strategy, and was blessed by the Tidelord on top of that. Circe, jealous of his potential, cast a spell on him, twisting his appearance. He's still figuring that out, but don't let the fangs fool you- he's as sweet and helpful as Circe is vindictive and possessive.
