Thank you for your input! With most of the comments in support, I think I'll go for it. I also like StormyDragon's suggestion with making the dragons with the poison gene being poisonous, likely by the contact of the spines. Tiger and bar will still be primaries possible for this subspecies but tiger will not be from the pair once I give Deepsea Poison (which makes your Spirals rarer in genes! ;) ).

Just giving you an update that the Deepsea Serpents will also have the option of the poison primary gene (reasons at the end of the lore section). I'll be giving Deepsea the gene soon. Could you please make an update to the Water Flight subspecies page for them? Thank you!

personally, I liked Bar on the Serpent more because it looks more deepsea-like. Like most other say, Poison makes it look poisonous, and almost look like those coral creatures, and less menacing because nature shows, that the colorful type, sometimes are the ones being hunted down. They need the color for actual toxic body, or as a general warning, or anything to protect themselves. Bar is darker, but the shiny glow of the spine is kind of like angler fish, hunter that dwell in the darkness.

So I prefer Bar more. Poison may work, but the lore idea for me doesn't do well together imo.

It IS better than tiger though. At least both look like sea creature. Tiger just look out of place.

@Crescentstar711 hey, I've decided. Could you ping me specifically only when there's a Bar with Sunshine tert? If its not too much trouble that is. If you think that add too much unnecessary work, then is alright, I will still wait and see what comes out in the future :3 ------------------------------ Also, I think instead of Navy Poison, the whole range of blue is better for Poison. I just don't like the muddy orange on Navy Poison.
