He's very colorful and pleasing to look at.

@Dejanira I hardly see radioactive dragons that are dressed, but wow, you really picked out the right pieces to make him pop even more! I've never realized that the witch's cobwebs were slightly transparent, and it gives his wings an interesting hue. That accent is perfect for him too, with it making it look like his wings are being overexposed to light. It kind of gives him glasses, with the small spot in front of his eyes.
