Okay, I am not one of those people but I suspect they're doing it using columns. You could do a column that's just a row of books on one line, then a column that's a potion on one line, and then three books each on a new line, then another column that's a bookend. Either that or they opened an image editor and stuck them together, but that would turn them all into one image and I don't think most people would want that. Gotta be able to link every single item to a different place!
