I’d line it with my hoard of gold. I’d wet it with my tears. Even now, I wish that I could chisel out your heart and mend each shattered fracture before it fell apart. I'm skeptical, but I can't help wonder if this was actually written by the the legendary King Meinhard. There are a lot of stories about Meinhard, some of which include his duplicitous son, The Stone Traitor, but nothing this personal.
