Bleh, was really sick for a week there.... Same head, different bodies. I used the same general body builds from previous designs cause I really liked the shapes of them and just wanted to try them with something a bit different. I did two different color versions for this guy. I love your dragons!

I've been working on creating little species sheets for the dragons I make, and maybe some of the monsters as well. If anyone has suggestions for how to improve them I am more than open to them! Text is a bit hard to read here but I'll be posting a larger version of these in my DA and instagram. Also some design ideas for a dragonrider logo/insignia. I ended up going with the top left as the default, with maybe some embellishes to denote certain ranks or whatever. I used one of the heads I posted earlier and attached it to something. I'm calling him "Rexy" until I come up with a better name. He can't fly with those undersized wings unfortunately, they are for display only. Also bonus dragon I came up with when drawing the first one, I used the same anatomy sketch and just kept scribbling. Colored, he is now a beautiful butterfly But also, here's a question: Do people prefer seeing different original creatures as opposed to just different dragons? Like are dragons sort of boring? Or do people not care either way? And are plain sketches uninteresting, would you rather just want to see finished colored stuff? I would very much appreciate honest answers, I'm trying to get a grip on what people are interested in. Dragons are fun, but seeing different original creatures would be a wonderful addition :)

As well, as an artist, I love to see sketches of ideas as they are sometimes more interesting than finished pieces and also a great way to see how you come up with what you draw!
