@After Lets see. (I use photoshop CS6 for reference). Its a Pencil brush at 21% hardness, 11 point, and nothing much else too fancy.
I went hunting to try and find the brush, and the truth is.... It could be in any of the following packs. I've been using an amorphous blob of brushes for years an across computers and thats not ver helpful. :D The good news is most of the brushes i use are still around, and you can find them here ->
