Same problem.
You can actually put up stuff for auction but nothing shows up. I was in the middle of putting my familiars on the AH when I noticed it did not show any pets even the ones that I just put up.

Did it happen earlier today? A special ID hatched today and a lot of people were using the search function at the same time to try and be the one who hatched it first, and that may be why. I can be wrong tho.
