I think it does have to do with ID numbers. This has happened several times before—I guess whatever cron job awards daily bonuses on rollover occasionally hiccups and skips certain ID ranges. Looks like that hiccup hit the early IDs this time.
I also missed my extra turns, yeah. ID 99.
