I've noticed something isn't quite right with female faes with seraph secondaries. The line art is gone. It looks like the line art is below the wing layer?
This isn't just for this particular color, seems to be true with all female faes with seraph. It's just more noticeable on certain colors

Compared to a basic fae of the same colors

It was suggested to post it here so...
It's not noticeable much on the other colors but om my midnight beauties you can see the color fill shift on the wings. On the male it's less noticeable than the female.

Don't know if this was posted on any previous pages, but I did notice a minor oddity on my female obsidian/obsidian/maize imperial before I changed her tert gene. Forgot all about it until I saw this thread.

If you look at the visible stomach scales just in front of her leg, that patch is pretty blatantly the wrong color compared to all the other uses of maize on her body. It almost looks more like ivory.

My avatar may be male, but I am not; female pronouns please.
I've had the same problem as @Genopath with spring tertiary on my female guardian progenitor since I signed up to this site (I gave her this gene right away).
Compare the way she looks right now -
to some of the previews I've done with scrolls.
I have always wondered why it looks like leaf on her currently than spring. o-o

I've looked at a lot of sky blue dragons lately and noticed the same issue as @Culex (page 4 of this thread), only in skydancers. Basically, sky blue has two accent colors: a shade of white and what looks like storm. In the adult skydancer models, storm has been replaced by aqua.
Skydancer hatchling has storm forehead gem(?) and horns; on the adult models these are aqua. The male model also has aqua claws; the claws are black on the other two models.

There's also some variation in claw color with other breeds, but that's such a minor detail. I'll just list which breeds have this issue without pictures.

Guardian male and hatchling models have storm claws, but the female model has black claws

Tundra female and hatchling models have darker claws than the male model

Female spiral model has storm claws, male model black claws

Imperial male and hatchling models have storm claws, but the female model has black claws

The pearlcatcher and wildclaw hatchling models do not display the darker claws of the adult models

None of these dragons is mine, I found them through the search. All are exalted.

So... crimson stripes displays differently on different breeds- sometimes discrepancy exists between genders among the same breed. As examples (through search and exalted recently): Female Guardian Male Guardian
Guardian hatchlings display the lighter stripe pattern.
Curiously enough, earlier pages of guardians (on search) show that all of them had the lighter pattern at first.
Additionally, Mirror males and females display darker stripes, but their hatchling images display lighter ones.

This is... odd, yes?

It is regarded as unwise to harvest claws of a kamaitachi. These weasels travel in family units, and the survivors are known to hunt collectors down.
Pectoral Scale. Ventral scale, right in front of the forelegs. I always put it down to the change between the neck and belly scales, which have different styles--strangely they don't on female ridgebacks.
But then my coal/black/obs ISC boy grew up, and the scale is Flat Obsdian

Ice circuit isn't displaying correctly on guardian males.
