Pure Generation Hatchery
(This is currently just a very laid-back hatchery. I don't frequently list dragons at the moment as I only have a few pairings. I hope to refine it in the future, but for now things are a bit messy.)
What do I mean by "pure" generations? It's a bit hard to explain. If I breed two G1 dragons, they will have a "pure" G2 child. If I breed a G1 with a dragon who has a crazy ancestral line (a G2+), the offspring is no longer considered pure because the lineage is chaotic. Impure G2s are referred to as regals--they have one G1 parent. I call pure G2s royals. Royals will have two G1 parents. Things get even more tricky as lineages go further along. For pure G3s, I breed two pure G2s, or royals, to produce what I then call nobles. Both parents of nobles are always royals. It's confusing to read about and difficult to explain, so maybe I'll make an example to demonstrate what I mean later.
So, why are G2s, or even pure generations in general, considered as special? Well, it honestly depends on what your opinion is. Some people don't consider them special in the least; others may only think G2 imperials are special. Personally, I love pure generations for several reasons. I'm very fond of lineages, and pure generations make lineages way easier to track. They can show where a dragon comes from without being overwhelming. I love pure G2s because they are just as fun to gene up as G1s when it comes to all-basics, and it satisfies me greatly to have a gened dragon with two basic parents and no other ancestry (of course, even when I don't gene the dragon because the parents already were gened, I still love them for the clean lineage). You can't tell when dragons are G2s by looking at their lineage boxes--but sometimes it's enough to just know yourself.
Free dragons are only free to a good home.

Better and more formal information will be added later. To see the available G2s for sale, check here. If you wish to be notified when new dragons are put up for sale, please let me know and I'll add you to a ping list! (This hatchery is currently pretty small and not extremely active at the moment. In the future it will grow bigger as I obtain/gene more pairings.)
