I'm so sorry for the wait, and I'm sorry this is coming so close to rollover! I wanted to make sure I did everything properly; I hope these meet your standards :) This would be 24kt/g, whichever you prefer.
Here is Tsukuyomi's sonnet. I tried to keep it as dark as possible; sonnets are supposed to have a "volta", or a turn in thought, but I decided to creatively omit one here as I don't see him ever changing his mind.
I know I may have lost the fights – I swear,
rival, I will not lose the war. Though mark
my words, a lack of flesh will all but spark
a rage to just prolong this cruel affair.
I’m warning you, with caution you must err;
the poison’s singe pushed on the deepend dark.
To you: a rush of blood; listen, do hark –
I do assure: the earth we will not share.
The pain electrifies my mind, a beat
against my skull; I cannot wait to taste
the day, open my mouth – consume the heat,
remove the wretched, undeserving waste.
I slink into the shade, growling retreat;
alone, until the day I’ll kill in haste.
For Sar's sonnet, I tried to keep it as sad as possible; however, since Sar
does have a turning point in his life -- being when he meets his love -- I included that. I did, however, try to keep the sadness even through that, to keep the overall theme continual.
Note: "tear" in line 9 is meant to mean the tears you cry, but I figured it kind of has a double-meaning; also like a tear in fabric (or how you rip away joy, as the line also notes) :D
The moment I was pressed to die, I felt
my soul dissolve; just why did I appear
unscathed, while with no words, you left me here,
the story of my life all but respelt?
But that was not the end, oh no; ‘twas dealt
a wretched hand. For me, the thin veneer
of joy I had was ripped away; a tear
shed down my cheek, and to my fate I knelt –
but then, she came, a measured half, a song
within the dark. A gentle thrum inside
my shattered core; she gave a simple kiss.
Though there is still a ways to heal, along
the way I’ll try. Yet in the dark I bide
my time; one day, for you, I will feel bliss.
