typically terts will be runes, circuit, or ringlets with occasionally exceptions
So maybe for the banner, either bold/chunky letters with one of those terts as detail?
Or just something that incorporates black and one of those terts?
(My favorite tert colors are probably "Mist" or "Cyan" or "Radioactive")
