Your art style is wonderful, so I thought I'm giving this a try: Would you feel comfortable to draw a headshot/bust of this weird Snapper lady here, if I give you full artistic freedom with interpreting her design? You can simplify/transform it into your style or whatever is needed and it doesn't have to be realistic at all. Just let me know what you think and thanks for your time. :)
