[b]10%[/b] of total cost is due at the beginning of this phase. [center][b]SKETCH PHASE[/b][/center] Once consultation is done, I'll draw up a rough sketch. This is when you will be able to make changes and tweaks to the map itself and insure that it's to your liking. This phase will likely be the most involved. [b]25%[/b] of total cost is due at the beginning of this phase. [center][b]DELIVERY[/b][/center] After this, I line the piece and color it if necessary. At this point it is difficult to make major changes, but small things like labeling can be altered. [b]65%[/b] (remaining balance) of total cost is due at delivery.
