[/center] [i] Exploring the cave seemed like a good idea at the time, but as you descend into the cold, wet darkness you are having second thoughts. You are determined to be brave, though, and to discover what lies within this tunnel's dark stone belly. You find yourself hoping the strange noises that have been emitting infrequently from this cave were jus your imagination and that the cave would dead-end. The only sounds you hear now are the drip-drip of stalactites and your footsteps on the damp stone. As you progress deeper into the cave, you found signs of something... else, making your heart lurch. You see pages strew around the floor, the indentions of dragon feet on some of them. You stroll deeper in the cave, both curious and wary of whoever lurks within, your unease g[/b]rowing with every step you take. As you venture farther you notice more and more pages littering the floor, and eventually a warm glow at the end of the tunnel. You freeze, bracing yourself for the worst. You tip-claw slowly, wishing you were safe at home in your lair. You take a deep breath and enter the heart of the cave. The sudden light blinds you, forcing you to close your eyes. When you open your eyes again you find quite a different sight then what you were expecting. You see rows and rows of bookshelves stacked with dusty old books, plants growing up the walls, moss on the floor, a writing desk with several specimens consisting of feathers, rocks and leaves and most surprising of all: a Spiral coiled up in sleep. The Spiral has scales like purple crystals and that catch the light so that the walls are covered in dancing purple beams that scatter as the dragon's chest heaves up and down. Further making the dragon appear to be a crystal are the teal gems studding its body as if they are growing there. The Spiral opens his brilliant green eyes and smiles at you in an amicable way, as if you had come over for tea.
