She's got a little bio in her description, but tldr; she's a fairly gentle, practical dragon. She's rather serious and somewhat expressionless (as fae tend to be), and has a bit of a temper.
My only requests are longer hair, tanned skin, and that you keep the wind rune and windbound plumage. Otherwise, feel free to interpret her/her apparel however you'd like!

Havoc is the leader of her clan and doesn't let anyone forget it. She is high-strung and quick to fly into a rage.

@analogclocks for now, just one slot per person, though the next time i open i would be glad to do another one! upu (also i actually LOVE drawing extra eyes/limbs/ect on characters so she will totally have four eyes) how will you be paying?

I would love to be added to the pinglist, if you also do OCs. It's a non FR dragon with a humanoid form though so, kinda similar to doing a gijinka anyways
