It looks lovely, but more like cheap apparel than something that's part of the dragon. would have been nice if it looked like metal running through the dragon's actual ski.

No worries -- all Gem Tertiaries are priced at 1200g. Primaries and Secondaries are 1500g.

I want to like this gene but it's so busy across the faces of so many breeds. It's cluttered and...idk. In many places it looks like...flat, cheap apparel. There's no one in my lair who looks good enough with it for me to even consider saving Gems for this. It's...idk. Not Gem Gene quality imo.
Also it's pretty inconsistent.
The fact that the lines on the face are different on some breeds makes it look better on some than others. :/
