The driving goal of the geist-dragons is to spy; to obfuscate themselves among the living and they're wholly drawn to those dragons with second sight, those dragons who can spot peeks beyond the veil to see the undead, those who speak to ghosts or follow ley lines or dream of the underworld.

The geist-dragons want to live forever, and they need to haunt the living to do it.

Hydrangea's gardens are situated within the graveyards and cemeteries of the Gemini Clan. She also supplies cutting of these flowers for funerals, comforting those who have lost as well as those who have passed.

Hydrangea's descendants are empathetic and are good at comforting dragons who are upset. They are not afraid of death and have an innate understanding that death nourishes life. They can make good counsellors, healers and herbalists, although some may be too focused on the macabre in a way that's off-putting to other dragons.
