A beast entrenched deeply with his curse, Savir only knows hunger. He lurks within the abyss of the mind, preying on primal fears of That Which Lurks in the Darkness. Death never comes quickly from him, and never does he physically snap at his prey. It comes in a slow tormenting of the mind from witnesses unknowable horrors and the whisper of foul truths that wretch the soul.

They say no one has seen him in his entirety. His victims claim to see visions of an inky writhing mass with burning eyes and a wicked grin. His form constantly shifts and twists.

Truly, a walking nightmare.
The aether tossed and turned in his state of half-lucidity. The dragon has been like this for the greater part of a week thus far. No one's quite been able to discern what was wrong with him. He had left awhile ago, seeking answers to something related to the Shade. When he hadn't returned on his own, friends went on the search, soon finding the researcher in a poor state; a gibbering mess. He seemed to stuck in between states of consciousness.

It's uncertain how long he could remain in such a state. Probably not long, if nothing were to change.
